What’s on at the South Australian Chess Centre

Over the coming weeks the SA Chess Association will be holding the following events.

April Rapid

• When : Tuesday 21st & 28th April at 7:15 pm for a 7:30 start
• Time control : 20 min + 10 sec per move
• Format : 6 round Swiss
• Entry fee : $35 if before Monday, 20th April and $45 thereafter

Inter-Club Teams

• When : 5th May – 30th June at 7:15 for a 7:30 start over nine consecutive Tuesdays
• Time control : 60 min + 30 sec per move
• Format : 9 round Round Robin
• Entry Fee : $10 per player per night, $7 concession
• Graded match Secretary – Will Wedding 0421 077 978

Queen’s Birthday Weekender

• When : 6th-7th June, 11:45 am for a 12:00 start
• Time control : 60 min + 10 sec per move
• Format : 6 round Swiss
• Entry fee : $55 if before Friday, 5th June and $65 thereafter (concession available)

Evelyn Koshnitsky Memorial Tournaments

• Checkmate Weekender : 11th-12th July
