The tournament will be a 10-player Round Robin. Fedja Zulfic and Will Wedding qualify by virtue of winning the State Championships and Candidates respectively in 2013. The eight highest rated players on ACF Rating will qualify for the State Championships, with other entrants eligible to play in the Candidates if they wish.
